Sharp Flats Loft Tours

The Sharp Flats Loft Tours were the main attraction of the Waco Symphony Council's spring fundraiser event, the Celebrate Waco festival. We collaborated with the Hippodrome, downtown loft owners and several local businesses to create individual, small event experiences for guests. Each loft featured different bites and tastings from local vendors paired with a variety of musicians for entertainment. As part of the event, each guest was given a Sharp Flats tote bag filled with coupons and discount cards from sponsors.

Tehuacana Creek Vineyards

The guys from Tehuacana Creek Vineyards paired select wines with Chef Oz's appetizers. Guests had their choice of port, warm red or crisp white.

Brotherwell Brewery, set to open it's doors in 2015, premiered two of their craft brews during the event. Guests had their choice of "American Wheat" or "Robust Porter".

Gannett Media Lounge at SXSW

Location: Austin, Texas

The 2013 Gannett Media Lounge at SXSW was a tech meet-up extravaganza that took place during Interactive. We had power stations throughout the venue for charging phones, laptops, and iPads. Gannett highlighted their new transition into going digital by broadcasting live demos of some of Austin’s favorite food vendors. Local Austin coffee makers, Houndstooth, provided coffee to fuel attendees. The Peached Tortilla served the most delicious breakfast tacos we’ve ever tasted. And the famous, The Salt Lick, served up hearty portions of BBQ and all the fix ins’. It’s safe to say our attendees did not leave hungry.

BA Kitchen Relaunch

Location: New York City

To celebrate and showcase the newly designed space that would be used to enterain fans, clients and chefs alike, we invited a host of celebrities (Ryan Phillippe, Solange Knowles, Penn Badgley) and chefs (Tom Colicchio, Marcus Samuelsson, Christina Tosi) to drink and chow down on a fried chicken recipe from Questlove of The Roots. Questlove also served as our DJ for the event and created a custom playlist for all party goers.
